Over the years, Florida agents have grown to trust Joe and Nancy Hagey with their inspection needs. Agents understand a professional real estate inspection benefits all parties involved. The buyers are educated about the property before closing which lets them move forward with confidence in their decisions and there are less surprises on closing day.

Over the years, many of our agents have started suggesting pre-listing inspections for their sellers. A pre-listing inspection can help the home sell your faster and help their clients get closer to full asking price. We’re proud to partner with our agent friends in the area and the great work they do.

If I refer Florida Inspections to a customer, am I liable?
At Florida Inspections we carry thorough Errors and Omissions insurance and General Liability insurance. We also offer negligent referral coverage to help protect real estate professionals in the unlikely event a claim is brought against them for recommending Florida Inspections.
How many items are inspected?
We inspect over 400 items including the foundation, roof, and structural components, plus the visible electrical, plumbing, and mechanical operating systems of the property.
What will my client receive in writing as part of the inspection?
Florida Inspections provides a detailed inspection report that includes color photos to reference.
How long does an inspection take, and does my client need to be present?
The process usually takes two to three hours depending on size, age and condition of the home and any additional services provided. Since the goal of a home inspection is not just to inspect the property but also to educate the homeowner or potential buyer about the property’s condition, it is in your client's best interest to be present during the inspection.
What are your inspector's qualifications?
Our staff is both highly trained and certified to meet the highest industry standards. We also takes ongoing training seriously and completes additional training on an annual basis.
